Rapid Global Logistics, a company providing services for couriers in a large scale is owned by Mr. Keyur, a gentle person whose requirements were very simple but yet to make his office a place where one can feel entertained all the time. Making an innovative office which has work related to exports and imports was really a great task for our interior designer's team, still it was accomplished in the best possible way by our interior decorators by providing overall turnkey solutions.
The entrance of the office is designed as simple as possible yet pleasing to the eyes as a diagonal pattern is created through dipping which has dots in an order of descending to ascending. The company has 3 different branches with different names respectively. Thus to give equal importance to each they are also dipped equally in the center of the door. The whole entrance is designed in a single colour to provide a formal feel.
On entering the office, the reception desk is designed by our interior designers using a container specifically keeping in mind to relate it with the work they do on a daily basis. The waiting area is small is still designed smartly by creating a geometrical pattern on the wall as a backrest that resembles trees’ branches. On one corner of the space there is a niche where stone wall cladding is done and to place god a piece was created using natural wood specifically imported from Bali on which PU polish was done to maintain its shine.
Moving further there comes the recreational area which is divided by the reception area through a glass partition. Now to avoid visibility in the recreational area from the reception area digital printing was done on the glass which depicted a glance of the global map of the world with important ports that somewhere denotes the identification of their work. There was a long seating designed by our interior designers in the recreational area with a floating back which was perfectly designed for the specific space. Nested tables were provided with back painted glass keeping in mind the maintenance factor as well as beauty. A vertical garden was created by our interior decorators that adds a refreshing feeling to the whole space.
Going ahead towards the main cabin, it is entirely designed in exposed brick which gives a rustic feel to the whole space. A wooden loft is provided on the wall with exposed brick which emits light in both the directions. The ceiling was designed by our interior designers in a mixture of two materials i.e. wood and plaster of Paris that blended with the overall theme of the space. The table was designed by our interior decorators with m.s. plate on which a pattern was created through laser cutting. The tabletop had veneer which looked like a scrunched paper whereas it was also laminated keeping in mind the maintenance factor. The hanging light above the table was also designed using two veneers which perfectly matched with other elements of the space. Everything being much bright the sofa for this space was simply designed by our interior designers in a calm colour.
The workstation was kept simple to serve the purpose of discipline to work so it was designed by our interior decorators in monotone using colours of one family to make the space more sophisticated. A niche was created to flush the wardrobes for storage so that they don’t come as a hurdle.
The whole project was successfully completed without any hindrances keeping in mind by providing all the turnkey solutions.
