"Kala" is a 4BHK Bungalow situated in the urban settings of the Gotri area. Mr. Shah was the owner of the dwelling whose requirement was to make the space modish. The Elevation part was made in a soothing RCC exposed pattern with modern theme wood planks that made it look really dignifying. A Rose gold weather shade was also made it blend with other elements.
Stepping a foot on the first floor we halt at the entrance of the house where the safety door is visualized. It is a beautiful combination of 3 different materials that went very well with each other forming two geometrical patterns too. Additionally the main door is also a replica of the safety door pattern that exactly blends with each other and makes someone please their eyes.
Having a glance further into the living area, one gets awestruck while visualizing the whole area as every element present here has its own significance.
The walls of the living room are cladded with exposed bricks while a corner of the area was beautifully designed with embossed 3D work. It had such intricate patterns that made the space look elegant all over. The floor lamp made the corner look more dignified. One thing that our team keeps in mind specifically is that the size of the existing space should not be negatively affected due to our designing part.
Thus the TV placement was made opposite the sofa with a partition created in RCC exposed finish that went well with the exposed brick concept. It was a partition with pillars and so keeping the vision door for the kitchen as well as dining area making the area seam large. The chairs of this area were specifically designed by our interior designers which were low in height and still modern that looked absolutely outstanding. The nested coffee tables in two different finishes added more beauty to the space.
Further, the kitchen area was kind of huge and designed in shades of grey to blend it with the overall theme of the area.
The flooring of wooden theme was carry forwarded from the living area to the kitchen which had a rustic shade. The same was also used for the kitchen wall tiles which looked immensely awesome. The kitchen was designed in back-painted glass which went well with everything. The dining table was designed with an Italian marble finish top while the wall had brass bird art effects which made the space look lively.
Further we step into the parent’s room which follows a muted aesthetic theme of the area.
The stone effect cladding as well as the beautiful self designed bird artifact on it made it look very elegant. The wardrobes were simply designed by our interior designers in 2 tones that looked outstanding. Having further towards the next floor we halt at the master bedroom which is designed in a voguish manner. Delicately merging the sense of nature, our interior designers have designed the master bedroom in times of brown and pink. The wooden offsets on the wall maker a great 3D view while the circular painting that was painted by our artist bought great amount of liveliness to the room. The ravishing upholstered bed with a beautiful headrest design all together gave the space a sense of elegance and luxury. The screen on the opposite wall had a beautiful horizontal unit the blended well with the overall theme of the space.
Further comes the guest room where there was a hindrance that the bed wall had a window. Still our designers didn’t take it as a hindrance and made a best layout for it.
The bed wall while the wall adjacent to it both were cladded with a dipping pattern and 2 tone polishes on it which made it centre of attraction of the room. The bed as well as the wardrobe were in wooden finishes which went well with flooring too.
Last but not the least was the teenager’s room which was designed whimsically with geometric patterns by our interior designers. The wall behind the bed had marvelous geometric pattern that continued till the ceiling. The same pattern was replicated on the wardrobe shutter to create a theme of the room.
The bed too had a teak wood border with a few line patterns which was simply beautiful. The TV wall had parallel lines with a ledge that was fascinating.
The whole project was completed with a great ease with overall turnkey solutions.
